The Role

This role is well suited to an Employment Partner with an established network, who is seeking to build out a leading Employment team in the Scottish market.

With highly ranked Employment practices spread across the UK, work taken on by the firm covers a plethora of employment issues, from providing general HR advice and redundancy negotiations to supporting strategic projects, high-profile tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters and much more.

You would be in a position to level up your practice with significant internal referral potential from their existing and prestigious national clientele, whilst also developing and building out your own network.   • Is an experienced Employment lawyer operating at Partner (Salaried or Equity) level or who is ready to step up

  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike
  • Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
  • Can manage and support junior lawyers
