Role: Revit MEP Coordinator

Location: Warwickshire

Rate: Around £38/HR Outside

Overview:

I am seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a talented team working on high-profile construction projects. The role involves producing high-quality Revit models for MEP services, contributing to large-scale projects across sectors such as government and defence.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Strong experience as a Revit Coordinator, specifically within the MEP sector.
2. Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on MEP services. Ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models for building services.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP systems.
2. Use Navisworks to perform clash detections.
3. Assist in the preparation and coordination of drawings, models, and schedules.
4. Support project teams with model reviews, clash detection, and updates as required.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
6. Confident in liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
