Our client, the creator of Capital Imaging equipment, dedicates every day to the innovation and development of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions, underserved populations, and communities across the world.

Our client's Radiology systems are sold all around the world!

You will be responsible for ensuring a positive ongoing customer experience and identifying potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within these customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting or exceeding established revenue goals for the region.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in hospitals and other accounts within the assigned territory through qualified and self-generated leads.
  • Closing business with new and existing customers by demonstrating the value of the company's products to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Application Team in the territory for clinical tasks and post-sale customer support to ensure understanding and adoption of products.
  • Managing relationships with key physicians and hospitals within the territory.
  • Maintaining and updating customer relationships in the CRM system, including sales activities and pertinent information.
  • Submitting regular sales reports, including order forecasts, prospect lists, and competition analysis.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of sales experience in a medical devices company, preferably in capital equipment (Robotics, Imaging, Surgical, Dental).
  • Experience selling to hospital staff, including at the board level.
  • Proven track record in business management with P&L responsibility, adaptable to changing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, digital communication tools, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license.
