Job description

Description

The core role will be working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across Wales network, during times of disruption and pre-planned work. We also have some requirements to assist our special events teams.

Key Responsibilities

We expect you to be customer-focused in everything you do, providing a fantastic experience for travelers. Even during disruptions, you need to keep customers informed throughout their journey.

Some duties may be safety-critical and require a safety-critical medical. You will be trained to manage various situations during disruptions, including ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. Classroom and depot-based training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure our services are safe and smooth.

Our services operate seven days a week, covering a variety of hours—from early mornings to late nights. Flexibility at short notice is required due to operational needs.
