Role Overview:

We’re looking for a savvy marketing superstar to help us reach more families, fill nursery places, and expand our impact.

• Manage Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns that generate inquiries
• Manage and grow our social media profiles
• Use our CRM systems effectively (training provided)
• Create engaging email marketing campaigns
• Capture photos, videos, and content to tell our story
• Collaborate with the team to innovate our outreach

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing paid ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and understanding ROAS
• Familiarity with CRM systems and enthusiasm for lead generation
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Comfort with capturing and posting content using phones or cameras
• Creative, organized, proactive, and results-driven

Location & Compensation:

Based at our Head Office in Syston, Leicestershire, with a mix of office and content-creation days. Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 plus performance bonus, depending on experience.
