Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: London

Day Rate: £500 p.d outside IR35

SC Clearance & Public Sector Experience Required

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing and improving our business processes and systems. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for enhancement and ensure that our services meet the needs of the public effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
2. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
3. Develop and present business cases and proposals for new projects and initiatives.
4. Collaborate with project teams to design and implement solutions that align with organisational goals.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further enhancements.
6. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the public sector.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Experience with business process modelling and analysis tools.
6. Knowledge of public sector regulations and standards is a plus.
