Job description

As the UK Campaign Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies to increase repeat business in the B2B channel, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention. You will play a key role in localising and delivering global consumer campaigns while working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and global teams to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyzing Customer Behavior:

  1. Monitor key metrics like customer churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and engagement patterns.
  2. Identify at-risk customer segments and implement targeted retention strategies.
  3. Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.

2. Developing and Implementing B2B Retention & Engagement Strategies:

  1. Create and manage B2B campaigns in collaboration with sales teams to attract and retain business customers.
  2. Develop targeted email campaigns, personalized content, and engagement programs.
  3. Plan and execute customer appreciation events and other engagement activities.
  4. Localise and optimise customer communication workflows and retention programs.

3. Monitoring and Optimizing B2B Campaigns:

  1. Track and analyze retention campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
  2. Conduct A/B testing to optimise messaging and offers for maximum impact.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer retention efforts.

4. Collaborating with Other Teams:

  1. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  2. Localise and execute consumer campaigns developed by the global team, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.
  3. Share customer insights with product teams to drive product enhancements.
  4. Measure and report on the ROI of retention and engagement initiatives.

5. Global Integration:

  1. Collaborate with global teams to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in engagement and retention initiatives.
  2. Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns, including proofreading, formatting, and rendering across devices.
  3. Develop and maintain customer journey maps to identify key engagement opportunities.

Experience & Skills Required

  1. Strong experience in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, or similar platforms.
  2. A deep understanding of customer segmentation and event-based data for targeted communication.
  3. Experience briefing creative and content teams to develop engaging and high-quality campaigns.
  4. Ability to design customer journeys that align with both customer needs and business goals.
  5. A track record of working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects effectively.
  6. Experience working with regional and global teams in a collaborative setting.
