FINEX is the specialist team within Willis Towers Watson focusing on placing Directors & Officers Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Crime, Professional Indemnity, and Cyber Insurance.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join the FINEX National D&O Team as a Broker Support/Account Handler.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, providing administrative support to ensure the reliable, high-quality, and timely execution of all stages of the placement process, including but not limited to:

• Supporting the renewal planning process ahead of policy inception
• Coordinating with compliance/sanction teams where necessary
• Reviewing market security information on carriers to ensure compliance
• Creating and updating marketing sheets for broking/placing team members
• Supporting the creation of contractual documentation within set timescales
• Maintaining accurate contract records within the transactional broking system
• Organizing files electronically in accordance with CEM guidelines
• Assisting with resolving internal, client, and insurer queries
• Supporting the delivery of reliable, high-quality, and timely actions throughout the placement process

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance broking industry is preferred, but candidates with transferable skills from other sectors will be considered
• Experience working with and adhering to processes and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
