What you will be doing
  1. Responsible for the delivery of annuity programmes within Ricoh UK, that protect and support the annuity business, ensuring the Company budget and business targets are achieved.
  2. Manage and develop new annuity programmes for all lines of business including Office Services, IT Services and Commercial Op CIP, in order to meet budget requirements.
  3. Prepare and implement long term programmes that grow and develop UK annuity revenue streams including chargeable calls, data overwrite, customer damage and smart lockers.
  4. Track new annuity streams, maintain and share accurate management information to demonstrate current and future growth.
  5. Responsible for managing and maintaining DBS checks, HDD handling databases, Customer Service expense lines, and other ad hoc administration tasks.
  6. Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of all annuity programmes and initiatives through analysis and measurement, ensuring effective processes and KPIs are in place.
  7. Handle all administrative duties for Regional and District service managers.
  8. Manage invoicing and query resolution for our indirect partners.

You will ideally have
  1. In-depth knowledge of Ricoh internal processes.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Ricoh back office systems.
  3. Exceptional negotiation skills.
  4. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  5. Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  6. Independent and inquisitive approach to work.
  7. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  8. Exceptional customer handling skills at all levels.
  9. Good presentation skills.
