Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Onboard new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the External Sales team.
Identify opportunities for introducing new products to drive revenue.
Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall performance improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience within the industrial manufacturing field and/or account management basis of experience.
CRM relationship software experience.
SAP experience if necessary.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with numerous external and internal stakeholders.
Strong presentability and communication skills.
An energetic and positive attitude towards work.
A strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and the ability to adapt to new ways of working.
Organized and numerate with an eye for detail.
