Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to the maintenance engineering team
Working on Switches & Crossings, defect management, derailments, noise & vibration issues
Dealing with stakeholders and delivering engineering solutions
Conducting site visits as necessary
Leading and delivering technical projects and solutions

Job Requirements:

Experience in track maintenance and track engineering
Strong background in engineering, particularly with track assets
Excellent knowledge of Switches & Crossings (S&C)
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in engineering theory and principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
An engineering degree would be preferred but not essential
