Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a vital part of our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted for 20 hours per week. Join a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly, their people. Shift Patterns:

5 out of 7 days per week

Please note: This role is contracted for 42 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
