Job Title: Admin/Clerical Associate – X 2
Location: Newcastle, United Kingdom
Rate: £14.40ph – £21.76Ph PAYE (Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Contract (April to July 2025)
Hours: 37.50 - Per Week

Job Description:

Working as part of a team of 7 MEC accountants you will be required to:

  1. Process accounting entries via requests in our Journal Entry Solution.
  2. Completing relevant validations to ensure entries are compliant in accordance with our accounting standards.
  3. Full training will be provided.
You should be able to:
  1. Work efficiently to manage high volumes of requests whilst maintaining 100% compliance.
  2. Communicate effectively where required, face-to-face, via e-mail or teams.
Technical Skills:
  1. Must have attention to detail.
  2. Good communication, so that you are able to seek support/clarification where needed.
  3. Learn quickly/follow instructions.
  4. Works well individually as well as part of a team.
  5. Work with speed and quality.
  6. Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel & Teams.
Other Information:
  1. Existing skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Teams) are beneficial.
  2. Hybrid working arrangements will be expected, once trained.
Working hours approx. 8am – 4pm (some flexibility can be offered once trained).
