As a specialist provider of resources to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are partnering with a niche, award-winning digital consultancy developing bespoke solutions for customers within the Property Services, Facilities Management, and Real Estate marketplaces.

The purpose of the role is to work within an agile framework to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories and estimates, preparing reports and documentation, designing, developing, and testing applications, participating in peer reviews, supporting deployment, developing integrations, analyzing and resolving technical issues, adhering to high-quality development standards, and providing third-level support to users.

Essential Skills

• Experience building .NET/.NET Core web applications in C#
• .NET/Entity Framework/React frameworks
• ASP.NET Core, Web Forms, MVC
• APIs and Web Services
• Knowledge of Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Web Apps)

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, React JS)
• SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL scripting
• SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of Python, Flask, Apache Kafka, Git, Postman, Swagger
