• Reviewing the competitive landscape for specific product areas to evolve our product strategy.

• Analyzing recruitment data to find ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Creating effective communications that amplify our products' value and resonate with our target customers.
• Addressing people challenges, such as helping new joiners overcome impostor syndrome or fostering an open feedback culture.
• Reviewing transactional and financial reporting processes to identify automation opportunities.
