EAU Reporting Analyst
Location: Suffolk (Orwell Logistics Park, Nacton, Ipswich) - 3 days in office with regular travel to site offices in Leiston, with potential for hybrid working. The role may also involve occasional travel to other SZC offices in the UK.
Salary: Circa £50,000 + excellent benefits including up to 5% bonus, contributory pension (employee up to 7.5%, employer up to 15%), 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, opportunity to buy and sell holiday, benefits portal with optional purchases such as private healthcare, dental cover, critical illness, electric car schemes, etc.

We’re looking for an insightful Reporting Analyst to join our Employment Affairs Unit (EAU) at Sizewell C. This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed a brand-new reporting function that will underpin the success of one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a robust data pipeline to collate, validate, analyse, and report on a wide range of people-related metrics. Your insights will directly inform leadership decisions, track performance against plan, and highlight emerging trends across the project. This is not just about crunching numbers; it’s about making data meaningful, actionable, and impactful.
Desirable (but not essential): Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience in regulated industries or with workforce/HR-related data.
