Job summary

Genius Money is seeking a Multi Trader to work at a site in Eastbourne. You will undertake a wide range of maintenance and repairs across specialist trades, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to deadlines.

Essential qualifications include CSCS and at least 12 months of experience. You will follow health and safety guidelines and use PPE as required to carry out void works and property MOTs, with shift hours from 07:00 to 16:00, on-site in Eastbourne.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification required.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience in trades.
• Experience carrying out maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs across multiple trades; ensure work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Perform void works and property MOTs as part of routine maintenance while complying with safety requirements.
