About you

• Based in the East of England.
• Currently working as a teacher, support staff or leader at a school in the East of England.
• A passion for parent participation and the relationship between school and home.

What you will do

• Spend approx 30 mins per week leading your network in our private social community, the UK's biggest school staffroom.
• Lead thought leadership and regional discussions around parent participation with the charity.
• Stimulate discussion, moderate content, celebrate achievements, and support members to enhance parent participation.
• Join a half-termly online 30-minute meeting with Chairs across the UK and the charity to align and discuss community updates.

Role Description

This is a remote, voluntary role that offers career development opportunities and supports our charitable mission. We welcome all school staff members and promote inclusivity within our volunteer community.

Selection process

We understand school staff are busy. After your easy-apply submission, you will be invited to complete a brief 3-minute video introducing yourself and sharing your passion for parent participation. We will then select the best fit for our organization and make an appointment.
