Yorkshire Air Ambulance is seeking a Community Fundraising Assistant to support fundraising efforts across Hull, Goole, and Selby. This part-time role involves engaging with the community, managing events, and building relationships with supporters. The position offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for professional development.
Location: Home-based (covering Hull, Goole & Selby)
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week (flexible, with regular weekend work, a minimum of three weekends a month, either a Saturday or Sunday) There may be weeks where additional hours may be available
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Salary: £13.10 per hour

At Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA), our helicopters are ready to respond to emergencies across Yorkshire – thanks to the generosity of the public and the dedication of our team. We are looking for a Community Fundraising Assistant to help grow and support our fundraising efforts across our East region, shown as EAST on the map below.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll represent YAA at local events, shows and fundraising activities throughout Hull, Goole and Selby. You’ll help raise awareness of our vital work, build strong relationships with supporters and volunteers, and ensure our fundraising presence is impactful and professional.
You’ll work closely with the East Region Community team, supporting activities that help us meet fundraising targets and ensuring that every supporter feels valued and inspired.
