Job description

Arrange quarterly meetings of EATTA members throughout the year at different venues across the region.

Distribute agendas prior to quarterly meetings and minutes from meetings post-meetings to members.

Arrange key speakers for EATTA meetings.

Promote and encourage attendance at meetings by EATTA members.

Agree budgets with the EATTA committee for meetings & events.

Bookkeeping to a high standard to facilitate annual accounting.

Presentation of year end accounts in conjunction with accountant to the EATTA committee for approval.

Work with the Committee to help and encourage new members to join EATTA.

Liaise with TDUK in keeping the EATTA website up to date.

Regularly liaise with the Chair and Committee on issues arising.

Initially work with our current Secretary to arrange the Annual Dinner at King’s College, Cambridge for 300+ guests.

Liaise with local charities to ascertain where best to lend EATTA’s support.

Maintain social media presence.

Part-time working hours with remuneration to be discussed.

Home-based, preferably within or close to the East Anglian region.
