Job summary

NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD invites applications for an ADT Operator to join our earthworks teams on a busy project in Essex. You will operate articulated dump trucks safely to support cut and fill, bulk excavation and site formation activities.

The role requires a Class 2 Licence, CPCS/NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Dump Truck certification, a Safety Critical Medical, and the right to work in the UK. Opportunities to move into more skilled roles and access to further training are available.

• Communicate service requirements to site management in good time.
• Maintain plant to a high standard and report defects immediately.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled ADT Operator to join our earthworks teams on a busy project in Essex. You will operate articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently to support cut and fill, bulk excavation and site formation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating articulated dump trucks safely across site in all ground conditions


• Transporting bulk excavation and fill materials to and from designated locations


• Working as part of an earthworks team to support cut and fill operations


• Carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks


• Communicating service requirements to site management in good time


• Maintaining plant to a high standard and reporting any defects immediately

REQUIREMENTS

• Class 2 Licence


• CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Dump Truck – Articulated / All / Rear Dump Truck*


• Safety Critical Medical (site specific)


• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades


• Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE

• CPCS / NPORS* Excavator +/- 10t Tracked


• CPCS Lifting Ops / NPORS* Excavator as Crane


• CPCS / NPORS* Forward Tipping Dumper


• CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller
