Coinford Holdings Ltd in Kent is seeking an experienced ADT Operator to join our earthworks teams on a busy project. You will safely operate articulated dump trucks to support cut and fill, bulk excavation, and site formation activities.

The role requires a Class 2 Licence with CPCS/NPORS qualifications, reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well with other trades. We offer steady, ongoing work with competitive rates and opportunities for further training.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Licence and CSCS/NPORS CSCS-affiliated dump truck certification required.
• Safety-critical medical (site-specific) may be required.
• Reliable and punctual with good teamwork.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Operate articulated dump trucks safely on site to support groundworks and formation.
• Transport bulk excavation and fill materials as directed.
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with earthworks crew and site management to coordinate tasks.
• Report defects and keep equipment in good condition.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled ADT Operator to join our earthworks teams on a busy project in Kent. You will operate articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently to support cut and fill, bulk excavation and site formation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating articulated dump trucks safely across site in all ground conditions
• Transporting bulk excavation and fill materials to and from designated locations
• Working as part of an earthworks team to support cut and fill operations
• Carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks
• Communicating service requirements to site management in good time
• Maintaining plant to a high standard and reporting any defects immediately

REQUIREMENTS

• Class 2 Licence
• CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Dump Truck - Articulated / All / Rear Dump Truck*
• Safety Critical Medical (site specific)
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades
• Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE

• CPCS / NPORS* Excavator +/- 10t Tracked
• CPCS Lifting Ops / NPORS* Excavator as Crane
• CPCS / NPORS* Forward Tipping Dumper
• CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller
