Green Barks Search is seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to lead day-to-day earthworks operations on the Lower Thames Crossing project. You will oversee teams, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient progress and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include 10+ years in the industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, plus hands-on experience with GPS guidance. CSCS Gold Card and related qualifications are highly desirable.

Earthworks Foreman – Lower Thames Crossing

Are you ready to lead the way on-site? We’re looking for an experienced Earthworks Foreman to manage the day-to-day operations of earthworks activities on the Lower Thames Crossing project.

You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing teams, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• SMSTS qualification and CSCS Gold Card.
