Tyndale Community School in Oxford is seeking a caring Early Years Worker-1 to join our expanding nursery provision for children aged 2-4 years. You will work closely with the Nursery Lead to provide high-quality care, learning opportunities and nurturing support for young children.

This role involves opening and supervising Breakfast Club at 07:45 and supervising After School Club until 17:45, while supporting learning through purposeful play and developing strong relationships with children,

• Contributing to observations, assessments and planning opportunities linked to children’s interests and development
• Promoting inclusive practice and ensuring all children feel valued and supported
• Working collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years and school team
• As the nursery provision develops, opportunities within the 9 months-2 years provision to shape routines, practice and provision

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Worker-1 to join our developing nursery provision for children aged 2-4 years. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Lead and wider Early Years team to provide high-quality care, learning opportunities and nurturing support for young children.

This role will involve:

Opening and supervising Breakfast Club from 07:45

Supervising After School Club until 17:45

Supporting children’s learning and development through purposeful play and high-quality interactions
