A recruitment agency for social work is seeking an experienced Early Years Transformation Lead for a 6-month contract (possible extension to 12 months) in Southeast England. Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Early Years Transformation Lead to drive improvements across Early Years services in line with the DfE Best Start in Life strategy. This role offers the chance to deliver meaningful, system-level impact for children and families.
You will lead and co-ordinate the response to recent peer review recommendations, working with Early Years providers, partners, and services to strengthen quality, inclusion, and overall delivery. This is a strategic role requiring strong relationship‑building, insight, and leadership.
