A well-regarded Training Provider is looking for an Early Years Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training to apprentices in Leeds and Manchester. The role involves mentoring apprentices and ensuring their progress through engagement and assessment. Candidates should have a relevant assessor qualification, experience in Early Years roles, and excellent communication skills. The salary starts at £27,000 with bonuses and 25 days of annual leave.

Pertemps is delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded Training Provider known for delivering high-quality apprenticeships across Early Years Training Programmes. They work closely with employers and colleges to provide relevant training that helps shape the next generation of professionals, with a strong commitment to quality.
They are currently looking to add an Early Years Assessor / Trainer to their growing team, starting in September and October. This role involves working with learners in West Yorkshire and the Greater Manchester area who are completing Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeships.
About the Role:
As a Trainer/Assessor, your main focus will be delivering high-quality training and assessments within agreed timescales to meet national standards. You'll support and monitor apprentices' learning and progress throughout their programme and provide regular reports on their development.
