A leading training provider in Cambridge is seeking an Early Years Trainer/Skills Coach to develop aspiring Early Years professionals. The Role:
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of Early Years professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years.
Delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Embedding Functional Skills into the curriculum.
Hosting monthly webinars to provide industry insights and updates.
Observing and reviewing learner progress to ensure qualification standards are met.
Maintaining accurate learner records to track progress effectively.
Visiting learners in their workplaces to provide hands-on support and gather evidence for qualifications.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ideally hold arecognised Assessors Award such as TAQA or CAVA or be prepared to work towards.
A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS) highly desirable.
A relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
Experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Vocational experience within Early Years/Childcare at Supervisor level or above.
A full UK Driving Licence with flexibility to travel within the designated region.
