Early Years Trainer

FIND is a specialist staffing business servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are representing a leading training & apprenticeship provider for Adult Care, Healthcare & Early Years training.

Role: Early Years Trainer

Experience Required: No prior teaching/training experience needed; our client will provide all necessary tools and support to become a qualified trainer. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a similar field.

Current Suitable Roles: Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar positions in early years settings.

Location: Home-based with travel around Cambridgeshire. Candidates must drive and have their own vehicle.

Salary: Starting salary of £27,000 plus tax-free company bonus.

The Role

As an Early Years Vocational Trainer, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and visiting different sites within your region to meet learners face-to-face. Typically, you will spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, with the freedom to arrange your own schedule.

Daily duties include:

1. Working with Early Years apprentices both in nurseries and online.
2. Utilizing your industry knowledge to train the next generation of early years professionals.
3. Meeting new apprentices and discussing their learning needs.
4. Supporting apprentices with their functional skills, including the importance of English and maths.
5. Visiting employers and providing feedback on apprentices’ skills.
6. Developing relationships with local employers.
