Job summary

Lift Schools is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team for 30 hours per week during term-time, including INSET days. You will help children aged 2–5 develop through play, strengthening communication, confidence and social skills in a supportive environment.

The role requires a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, a calm and nurturing approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• You will have at least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• You will be warm, patient and nurturing with a calm, responsive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play and everyday experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support all areas of the Early Years curriculum and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
