Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicatedEarly Years Teaching Assistantto join their team this September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist with communication and language development through small group work and 1:1 support
• Help children settle into school routines and build confidence in the classroom
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support individual learning needs
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with EYFS children in a school or nursery setting
• Knowledge of speech and language support strategies (desirable)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or EYFS qualification (preferred)
