Early Years Teaching Assistant - Lambeth - September Start

Location: Lambeth, South East London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time Long-term for the full academic year
Salary: 110- 115 per day (dependent on experience)

A supportive and well-regarded primary school in the Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Level 3 CACHE-qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on children aged 2-4.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 2-4 in a vibrant and engaging Early Years setting

• Leading and assisting with Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Spelling groups, including 1:1 interventions

• Providing tailored support to children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Working collaboratively with a skilled and supportive Early Years team

• Helping to create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and social development
