About the Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children aged 0-5 flourish in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will work closely with experienced staff to support children’s learning through play, creative activities, and structured sessions, making a real difference in their early years.

What we are looking for:

1. A genuine passion for working with young children
2. Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable, but not essential
3. Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
4. An enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
