Hays is recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant for Wirral. You will support an early years child alongside the teacher to help manage routines and learning activities.

You may assist small groups or 1-to-1 support, adapting to a positive, engaging learning environment. A TA qualification or transferable experience is preferred; flexibility with term-time, part-time and full-time hours is expected.

Qualifications

• To thrive in this role, you should have a Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant transferable experience (care or similar).
• You should be proactive, supportive, and able to follow the teacher's directions.
• You will support an individual child or small groups and help with daily routines.
