Philosophy Education is recruiting for Early Years Teaching Assistants to support nurseries, primary schools and early years settings across the UK. The role focuses on assisting with the EYFS curriculum and promoting development and wellbeing for children aged 0-5.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to support early years development with EYFS.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and early years staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play and engaging activities.
• Assist with delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Help children develop communication, language and early learning skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Support children's care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and early years professionals.
