Are you excited by the opportunity to ignite a passion for learning through exploring, questioning and doing? Our partner nurseries in Bristol are passionate about early childhood education, and we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their team in 12 locations around central Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Position: Unqualified Early Years Teaching Assistant

Locations: Bristol - BS1, BS4, BS5, BS14, BS16, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37

Hours: Full time or part time to suit you!

Salary: Up to £650 per week

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery. You will help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a positive contribution to their early learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children.
  2. Support daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, as part of the nursery's activities.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children.
  4. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  5. Observe and report on children's progress and developmental needs.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience working with young children such as babysitting, childcare, social care, teaching assistant, etc.
  2. A genuine passion for early childhood education.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
  5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
