Early Years Teaching Assistant – Brent – ASAP start

Clarus Education are here to help! We are currently working in partnership with a fantastic Brent primary school searching for caring and driven individuals who are keen to spend a year as an Assistant

What is required of an Early Years Teaching Assistant?

All Teaching Assistants should be qualified and comfortable working with young children. Active listening skills, creativity and genuine enjoyment of children are all beneficial for this position. A successful Teaching Assistant will also have various prerequisite skills and qualifications which typically include:

  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • A caring and nurturing attitude towards children
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Sensitivity and understanding
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Early Years Teaching Assistant
  • Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Encouraging learning through play and investigation
  • Long Term & Full Time
  • ASAP start – until end of academic year
  • Located in the Borough of Brent

What we are looking for?
