Thames View Primary School seeks to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice, to start from 28th August 2025.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced staff to nurture young children's development through play, learning activities, and daily routines. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience and work towards a recognised qualification, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the School's children.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role, Term Time Only. You will be paid pro-rata to the Apprentice National Minimum Wage.
The working week will consist of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day, as well as allocated study time outside of work for the completion of apprenticeship coursework.
The successful candidate will undertake on-the-job training alongside studying for a Teaching Assisting & Learning Support qualification.
