GSL Education is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children in a Staffordshire setting. The role operates from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM with fixed daily hours and immediate start. Training is provided, and progression paths are funded for qualified practitioners.

You will work with a caring team to deliver play-based activities, ensure safety and hygiene, and help children develop social skills and confidence in their learning journey.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required for entry-level roles.
• Level 2/3+ practitioners are welcome.
