Are you a passionate Early Years professional looking for flexible work across a variety of primary schools?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Redcar, supporting children within Nursery and Reception settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments while making a positive impact on children's early development.

The Role:

• Support children within Nursery and Reception classes
• Assist with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities
• Promote children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Support pupils with learning through play and structured activities
• Work closely with class teachers and Early Years staff to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• A recognised Early Years qualification is essential
• Previous experience working with young children in an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A nurturing, enthusiastic, and patient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
