Job Title: Early Years Teaching AssistantEYFS Teaching Assistant, Nursery AssistantLocation: Tower Hamlets Job Purpose:To support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality early years education and care environment for children aged 3–6. The Early Years Teaching Assistant helps promote physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development through structured learning and play-based activities. Key Responsibilities:•Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.• Support children's learning through play, interaction, and guided instruction.• Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and routines.• Support personal care needs (e.g., toileting, dressing, feeding) where necessary.• Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, and social skills.• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
