The Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to encourage progress, confidence, and independence
- Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through nurturing relationships
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support children's academic and social development
- Contribute to wider school life and uphold the school's caring, inclusive ethos
This Role Would Suit
- An experienced EYFS or Reception Teaching Assistant looking for a modern, supportive setting
- A passionate individual with relevant childcare or TA qualifications (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is committed to helping young children thrive
