Early Years Teaching Assistant

Are you looking to support the next cohort of Early Years pupils as they make the transition to school life? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools, to help their youngest learners thrive.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Supporting children as they settle into the Early Years environment
  • Assisting with learning activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence
  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom
  • Working closely with the class teacher and wider team to support each child’s development
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with Early Years children (nursery or reception age)
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or Childcare)
  • A nurturing, patient, and positive approach
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
