We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. In the UK all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding and are based in London and Windsor. We're still growing with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! At Kido, we blend the best practices from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches and have a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do! While completing your teacher training you'll be working in one of the nurseries, being part of creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.
You'll be a team player ensuring that you and the team meet the unique needs of each child, collaborating with the team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards for child learning and development. An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will set you apart and aid us in delivering the best experience possible.
With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you'll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery. We believe in celebrating every child's unique journey, and you'll play a key role in assessing and recording their progress and achievements. What We're Looking ForTo be eligible you must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline. We're also looking for you to show a passion and some experience, personal or professional, working with children.

There will be some forms to complete, initially, followed by a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview.
