This is an excellent opportunity for both NQTs and experienced EYFS Teachers to contribute to the development of a stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

EYFS Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, innovative, and inclusive lessons to foster a love of learning in all EYFS students.
  • Monitor and track student progress and achievement, providing timely and constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices, develop curriculum materials, and share best practices across the EYFS team.
  • Create and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth.
  • Actively engage in the school’s professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career.

Teacher Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven enthusiasm and experience in working with EYFS children (newly qualified or experienced teachers welcome).
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, assessment methods, and child development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
