Vision Talent Solutions is recruiting an Early Years Lecturer to join a welcoming Further Education College in Mansfield on a temporary basis. The role runs Wednesday to Friday (full days) with an immediate start available and focuses on delivering engaging Early Years and Childcare lessons to FE students.

You will assess learner progress, support growth in knowledge and practical skills, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Education, or related field.
• Experience in Early Years sector preferred.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring learners desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for education and learner development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Early Years/Childcare lessons to FE learners.

Vision Talent Solutions is recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer to join a welcoming Further Education College in Mansfield on a temporary basis, working Wednesday to Friday (full days) with an immediate start available.

This role will involve delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students studying Early Years and Childcare programmes. You will play a key role in supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for successful careers within the childcare and education sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional or experienced lecturer looking to make a positive impact within Further Education. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Education, or a related subject.
• Previous experience working within the Early Years sector.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring learners is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for education and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
