Responsibilities of an Early Years Teacher:

1. Pension plan.
2. Annual leave including bank holidays.
3. Monday to Friday.

What an Early Years Teacher needs:

1. Must be at least Level 6 Early Years qualified, UK EYTS essential.
2. An excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
3. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
4. Beneficial to have had Phonics Training.
