Early Years Teacher (Ages 3–4) | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Working Weeks: 33 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

Location: Kensington, London, United Kingdom

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our nurturing and high-achieving setting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a small class of just seven children, aged 3–4, preparing them for entry into top-tier pre-prep schools.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (QTS or PGCE preferred)
  • Strong expertise in phonics and early number work
  • A deep understanding of early childhood development and school readiness
  • Ability to create a warm, structured, and stimulating learning environment
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a strong advantage
