Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Teacher for a full-time, temporary placement in Northumberland. The role covers EYFS responsibilities within a Reception class, including planning, marking and assessment throughout the placement from October 2026 to April 2027.

The successful candidate will have experience with primary school children and SEND, a collaborative ethos, and a passion for supporting early learning progress. Excellent PAYE rates and supportive CPD are on offer.

Early Years Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

Northumberland

£600 – £1162 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

October 2026 – April 2027

The School and Role

Vision is seeking to appoint a motivated Early Years Teacher working within a Reception class, the teacher appointed for the role will take on a full-time teaching post until April 2027. Throughout this placement, there will be full class teacher responsibilities (planning, marking and assessment). This is a friendly primary school, where staff work together to ensure all children have good learning opportunities.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
