You will be working for a community-based primary school that prides itself on inclusion and supporting children in all aspects of development in EYFS.

Your new role: You will be expected to fully engage in the daily responsibilities within a supportive classroom environment. Effective communication with support staff and leading by example to set high expectations for students are essential. You should develop a good understanding of your class's needs early on and use Quality First Teaching methods to engage and support pupils. Utilizing available resources to maximize impact on learning is also important. You may assist and guide pupils during their transition to KS1. The EYFS provision is resourceful and supported by a dedicated team focused on helping children thrive in EYFS and develop a foundation for lifelong learning.
