Duties as an Early Years Teacher:
  1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Implement pre-planned lessons or craft your own to captivate young learners, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.
  2. Adapt to Diverse Environments: Seamlessly integrate into different early years settings, bringing enthusiasm and adaptability to each classroom.
  3. Support Holistic Development: Encourage children's personal, social, and emotional growth through interactive and inclusive activities.
  4. Assess and Record Progress: Monitor each child's development, providing feedback to parents and staff to ensure continuity in learning.
  5. Maintain a Safe Learning Space: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all children.
Ideal Early Years Teacher:
  1. Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or an equivalent early years qualification.
  2. Experience: Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  3. Compliance: Possess an enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
